★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明石焼き（たこ焼き）や煮干し出汁ラーメン、シラス丼などがあり、活気があります。上下線合同SAで、店舗内の細い通路で繋がっているため反対側も利用できます。お土産も買えます。
ベビーカーでもスロープがあります。オムツ替え用トイレが普通のトイレとは別にあります。普通のトイレは狭いです。
フードコートは、ソファ席はないですが、子ども用食器やカトラリー、紙エプロンまであります。やさしさを感じます。明石焼きおいしいので行ってみてくださち。
上りは明石食堂、下りは神戸食堂となっており雰囲気も違います。

同じサービスエリア内で、二箇所の売店やレストランがある不思議な作り。
大きく宣伝が書いている、座銀とのコラボラーメンを食べたが、やっぱりサービスエリアクオリティー。
それなりに美味いが、チャーハンとセットで1,180円という価格が気になる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラックゾーンに近いうどん屋さんが、安くて美味しいのでオススメ、カレーうどんと白ご飯もいいけど温玉の載ったすき焼風うどんも食べたい。家まで1時間で晩飯有るのにね
