★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上里SA下りの施設を利用できる一般利用者用入り口です。 お客様用駐車スペースは3台分しかありません(H30年1月現在)。 入り口は駐車場の西側になっていて、搬入業者さんと共用です（それぞれ入り口専用・出口専用です）。 ずーっと奥まで進み、一番端の3台分がお客様用です。
This is the entrance for general users who can use the facilities down Kamisato SA. There is only 3 parking spaces for customers (as of January 2018). The entrance is on the west side of the parking lot and is shared with the importer (only for the entrance and for the exit, respectively). Proceed all the way to the back, and the three cars at the end are for customers.
