ただ囲ってあるだけの砂地のスペースなので もう少し大きくて工夫があると楽しいでしょうね…
 For a long distance drive break with a dog ... It is a blessing to have a dog run in the expressway parking area!
It's just a sandy space just surrounding so it's a bit bigger and it will be fun if there's ingenuity ...

出入り自由で無料です。
高坂サービスエリア内にあります。わんこの大きさは関係なくスペースは一つだけです。土で小さい石がゴロゴロあり埃っぽい感じがします。平日、休日共にそれ程混雑はありません。
I go there once in a while because it's close to my house.
You can come and go freely and it's free.
Located in the Takasaka service area. There is only one space regardless of the size of the dog. There are small stones in the soil and it feels dusty. It is not so crowded on weekdays and holidays.

うんち袋とマナー水持参で利用させて頂きました
入り口のドアノブ壊れてましたよ。ボルトが緩んでいるのかな？
柵の杭もシッコで錆びて朽ちたのかな？

小さいランですが、水道や、有り難い事でペットのウンチ用のゴミ箱が設置されてます。
The same dog run is used at Takasaka SA on the upper and lower lines.
It's a small orchid, but it has a water supply and, thankfully, a trash can for pet poops.

グラウンドは土のため雨上がりはぬかるみますが いつも清掃が行き届き 水呑場や糞の始末用ポストも有り何より無料なので安心して利用できサービスエリアでのワンちゃんと休憩にお勧めです。
I use it as a place to interact with my dog and other dogs.

地面むき出しなので乾燥していれば埃っぽい。
ドッグラン自体は下りのエリアにありますが、高坂サービスエリアは徒歩なら上り下りの行き来ができるのでどちら方向からでも利用できます。
高速を利用していなくても徒歩で入れるようです。
There is no fee for use and anyone can use it freely.
It's exposed to the ground so it's dusty if it's dry.
The dog run itself is in the downhill area, but the Kosaka service area can be used up or down on foot so you can use it from either direction.
It seems that you can enter on foot even if you are not using the high speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料で利用できるドッグランです土の上なので天気のいい日はいいですが、雨が降ったりすると泥だらけになってしまいますね。あと気になったのは無料で人目があまりないだけあって、犬の糞を処理しない飼い主さんがいるようで至る所に落ちていたので注意が必要です。ドライブでつかれたときにちょっとした息抜きをするにはいい場所です。
It's a dog run that you can use for free. It's on the soil, so it's nice on a sunny day, but when it rains, it gets muddy. The other thing I was interested in was that it was free and not very public, and there seemed to be owners who did not process dog droppings, so I had to be careful. It's a good place to take a break when you're tired of driving.
