★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7分待たないとダメですが、カレー粉をつけて食べる唐揚げは美味しかったです、ただライスが。。。魚沼産までとは言いませんが。。。
炊き方の問題かと思います。
If you don't wait 7 minutes, the fried chicken with curry powder was delicious, just rice. . . I don't say it's from Uonuma. . .
I think it is a problem of how to cook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEXCO東日本がPA、SAで展開しているヤスモッカ‼︎ 「休もっか」と掛けたブランド名みたいな。
ヤスモッカラーメンとミニチャーハンのセットを頂きました。
豚骨醤油のラーメンで、まあまあ美味しかったです。
チャーハンは冷凍食品を温めただけで、ちょっと残念。
ミニカレーのセットもあり。こちらはそこそこ評判は良いみたいです。

I received a set of Yasumok Ramen and Mini Fried Rice.
The tonkotsu soy sauce ramen was so good.
Fried rice is a little disappointing just by warming the frozen food.
There is also a mini curry set. This seems to have a good reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北陸新潟の豪雪のため、1月8日夕方から11日夕方までお世話になりました。
通行止めのため、パーキングに残された人達のうち、数人しか食堂を利用しないにも関わらず、オープンしてくれました。
従業員出勤困難！となっても麺類だけは提供してくれました。
絶対に利益は出ていなかったはずです。感謝です。
あたたかい食事はとてもほっこりできました。
ありがとうございました！
何度か訪れてはいましたが、カツカレーとブリかつ丼と塩サバは初めて食べました。
お世辞抜きで美味しかったです。
Due to the heavy snowfall in Hokuriku Niigata, we were indebted from the evening of January 8th to the evening of 11th.
Due to traffic closure, only a few of the people left in the parking lot used the cafeteria, but they opened it.
Difficult to commute to work! Even so, they only provided noodles.
It must have never been profitable. Thank you.

I visited there several times, but I ate Katsu curry, yellowtail, katsudon and salted mackerel for the first time.
It was delicious without compliment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油ラーメンを頂いた。平打ち太麺。背脂らしきものは浮くが、いかにもSAで提供される(濃縮スープを溶いたような、お湯がまず先頭に立つ感じの)味。可もなく不可もないが、名物としてラーメンを出している各地のSAフードコーナーよりは評価低めかな。
I got pork bone soy sauce ramen. Flat noodles. The taste that seems to be backfat floats, but it is really provided by SA (like melted concentrated soup, with hot water first). It's neither good nor bad, but it's rated lower than the SA food corners in various places that serve ramen as a specialty.
