★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピラティススタジオSに出会えたことは私の人生にとってラッキーなことだったと思います
姿勢が整って安定してきて､今まで眠っていた感覚や筋肉が目覚めてきました（こんなところに筋肉あったんだという感じ。うまく使ってなかったんですね）
自分の体と向き合うことで正しい体の使い方を習得することができます
先生の指導は的確でわかりやすく､今日できなかったエクササイズがある日突然できるようになったり､毎回新しい感覚に出会ったり､とても楽しいです
体が整うと心も整うことを実感しています
スタジオの空間もいごこちよく大好きです

My posture is in order and stable, and the sensations and muscles I've been sleeping up to now have awakened (I feel like I had muscles in such a place. I didn't use them well).
You can learn how to use your body correctly by facing your body.
The teacher's guidance is accurate and easy to understand, and it's a lot of fun to suddenly become able to do exercises that I couldn't do today, or to come across new sensations every time.
I realize that when my body is in order, my mind is in order.
I also love the studio space.
