★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is heaven on earth. I spend anywhere between 4-6 hours every time I go, and I always leave feeling completely relaxed. The new renovations elevated this "super sento" to the level of a high quality spa, and for only $12. The restaurant serves delicious food for a decent price. You can find juices, smoothies, beer and wine at multiple bars throughout the building. And the new manga library is a reader's dream. With a multitude of different couches, chairs, recliners, and lounges, you can find an area to sit and chat with friends or rest with a book or a nap. I love coming to spa hills and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place to be too crowded. Couldn't fully relaxed when there are people everywhere. A lot of families and kids so definitely not for couples looking for some quiet me time. I had to line up just to use the hair dryer in the ladies change room. The baths and shower area are quite packed. I wouldn't visit again as there are other more relaxing Onsens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly to foreigners especially if you have tattoo! even a small one! no consideration was given. The guy manager and his lady staff were rude. You dont have any options but to leave. This sento is still living in the 70’s 80’s era. Come on guys its 2021 already! Be modern and replace your staff with friendly ones! The one who will offer options aside from asking you to leave.. A big NO and wont recommend to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, since State of emergency is not yet lifted, social distancing are not fulfilled. although it is not a tattoo friendly, the one of your staff is rude and not able to say SORRY!
My friend is going to bath and almost done relaxing then suddenly a staff asked her to leave immediately because they saw her small tattoo at asked not to take shower. There is no refund and we didn't enjoyed our relaxation here because like what i said its too crowded and cannot be able to enter ganbayoku because there is no space to relax yourself there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great and quite large with well-furnished equipment. However, it is too crowded with a lot of people in the same onsen-bath. I think I’ll not come again in this Coronavirus situation.
