天昇電気工業株式会社に子会社化に向けた基本合意書の締結がなされた。

これで締結されることで、この会社は地元太田市の純粋な企業ではなくなる。
なお、天昇電気工業自体も国道50号カンケンプラザ付近に自前の工場を保有しており、第2工場的な扱いになることが予想される。
