T	T 4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家内の機種変のため行きました。小さい子供が2人居たので、車で待って居ましたが、開店直後に行ってすぐに席へ案内されたにも関わらず、機種変程度に2時間かけるゴミでした。私が他店でiPhone10に変更した時は5人待ちにも関わらず待ち時間も含めて1時間かかって居ません。急いでいるのが雰囲気で分かるものでしょうが、光やオプションを追加したがって時間を引き延ばしている当たり空気の読めない店員がいるのだと思いました。次回からは他の店舗を利用する様に家内へ勧めました。 I went because of a model change in my wife. I had two small children, so I was waiting in the car, but even though I went to the store right after the store opened and was immediately guided to my seat, it took 2 hours to change the model. When I changed to iPhone 10 at another store, it didn't take an hour including the waiting time even though I was waiting for 5 people. You can see in the mood that you're in a hurry, but I thought there was an unreadable clerk who was prolonging the time to add light and options. From the next time, I advised my wife to use another store.

ゆ	ゆたんぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はかなり待たされる印象がありましたが、コロナだからか、私が行った時は待ち時間なく案内してもらえました。米原店の近くに米子中央店もありますが、あそこはオススメしません。行くならここが良いと思います。店員さんは皆さん親切ですし、キャンペーンなどの案内こそありますが、押し売りみたいなことはしてきません。私もある程度調べてから予約して行きましたが、契約途中で安くなるキャンペーンがあることに店員さんが気付いて下さって、そちらにして下さったりと、多少待たされてもその後の案内がきちんとしてるので、好感が持てます(^^)今回待ち時間がなかったのはたぶん本当にたまたまで、基本予約しても待たされるので、時間だけは覚悟して行った方が良いです！ I had the impression that I had to wait a long time before, but probably because of Corona, when I went, I was guided without waiting.
