Ryokan Kono Onsen - Onomichi

This ryokan in Mukaijima is steps from Onomichi Station! Because it is in Mukaijima on the other side, it may be considered “far,” but it is a three-minute walk from the station to the landing of Fukumoto Tohsen used in the movie “Sabishinbo”. The ship operates at 6 minute intervals. I got on a one-way 60-yen boat for 4 minutes and got off in front of my eyes. If it goes well, you can get off the train and arrive in 10 minutes (4 minutes walking time). It is nearer than a slightly distant hotel in the city. The bath is a hot spring in the hot spring. It is very warm. This is the reason I choose here! However, I am sorry that I can not go in the morning because I have a bathing time until 21:00. I thought that it would be at least until 23:00. There is no elevator, so it would be better to contact in advance and request a room close from the front desk if you have difficulty climbing stairs There is no fridge in the room. TV does not enter satellite, but is clear with terrestrial digital. Only care is needed because there is no tissue. Dinner is mainly home-like menu with fish. There is no luxury, but I am very satisfied with the delicious seafood and delicious rice with a variety of miso soup. Breakfast was also simple but it was delicious. If you get used to a modern business hotel, you may be dissatisfied with inconvenience and old facilities. It is good to stay as it is a facility where the feeling of the station square inn of the Showa 50's remains as it is. This price with the hot spring is more than reasonable, it is absolutely profitable if it is half board. Staff who can relax at home will meet you. It is a facility that can be recommended to those who like hot springs (although it is a pity until 21:00). In addition, let's finish shopping such as convenience stores in front of the station. It is not possible to bring it to the dining room. There is no problem to eat in the room.

Right in front of the ferry terminal, the sound of the boat invites the travels. It is an old building, but it is well maintained and there is no inconvenience. However, it is originally a hotel for business travelers to shipyards, etc., rather than for tourists, and it is better not to image so-called hot spring inn. The bath heated the cold spring, but the quality of the spring is good, clean and comfortable. The bathing time is up to 9 o'clock, and the morning bath does not take place, so be careful about the arrival time.

The facilities were old, but the hot springs were pleasant and the night view of Onomichi was overlooked and it was really beautiful. The landlady is also amiable and talking and comfortable. There are also two ferry boats nearby, so it's faster and more comfortable than walking across the Shimanami Kaido Bridge.

I stayed with half board, but the dinner was delicious. It seems that it is possible to upgrade the food further by contacting us in advance and paying an additional fee, but a normal dinner was enough. There are vending machines for beer, but it is inconvenient to use only 1000 yen bills. Only change coins will be collected.

It is located in Mukaishima, 3 minutes by ferry from the platform, which is a short walk from Onomichi Station. There is an inn just off the ferry. The sea from the room! Overlooking the Onomichi Channel. (Some of the sea cannot be seen.) The hot spring is an indoor hot spring, but it is a salty sodium spring. It warms up well. Accommodation is cheap, so dinner is a little simple. However, the sashimi and boiled fresh fish are delicious and I have no complaints. I would like to pay an additional fee to make the sashimi gorgeous. At night, the night view of Onomichi across the street is beautiful. It is quieter than Onomichi city and you can relax.

A very nice and energetic mother was in full swing and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Radon hot springs are also comfortable. After all, there is the shortest car ferry terminal in Japan in front of you.

I stayed at work. A maze-like inn? It looks like an accommodation facility made by renovating some building. The door of my room was written as an evacuation equipment warehouse. The building was old and there were places where cleaning was not in time, but a very pleasant grandmother served customers from beginning to end. Since there are few parking lots and the size is small, there are only a limited number of places where work vehicles such as caravans can be parked. There was a little traffic during the day, probably because there was only one ferry terminal in front of me.
