★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心苑さんは、両替町通にある中華料理屋さんで、客席24席程度のお店となります。
昔から両替町で飲まれた方の「もう一軒」に応えてきたお店だと思います。
今回ももう一軒ということで、心苑さんの海老かにチャーハンをメインに食べにきました。
瓶出しの紹興酒をまずはお願いし、旨みのある餡で浸かったフカヒレを食べてメインを待ちます。
先に五目ラーメンが来ましたが、この五目ラーメンがまた美味しいのです。
一軒目で食べてきたはずなのにペロリと入ってしまいます。
メインのチャーハンもふわふわ熱々で口の中にどんどん掻き込めます！
そして、今日も食べてしまったと思いながら両替町をあとにする、そんな昔ながらのお店です。
Shin-en is a Chinese restaurant located on Ryokancho Dori, and will have around 24 seats.
I think it's a shop that has responded to "one more house" for those who have been drunk in Ryokancho since ancient times.
Again this time, I came here to eat mainly Shinen's shrimp crab fried rice.
First, ask for a bottle of Shaoxing sake, eat a shark fin soaked with flavored bean jam, and wait for the main.
Gomoku Ramen came first, but this Gomoku Ramen is also delicious.
Even though I should have eaten at the first house, it will enter with pelori.
The main fried rice is also fluffy and hot and can be scraped into your mouth steadily!
And it is such an old-fashioned shop that leaves Ryokancho while thinking that you have eaten today.

人はあんまり入ってなかったが、隠れ家的な存在だな！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は本格的な中華を出す店だったが、久しぶりに訪問したら、いつもの御夫婦の姿が店内に見えず。
料理の味も平均以下に変わっていた。引退されたのかな。
本当に残念。
It used to be a full-fledged Chinese restaurant, but when I visited it for the first time in a while, I couldn't see the usual couple in the store.
The taste of the food was also below average. I wonder if I was retired.

麺系、ご飯物は外れがないです。
最近メニュー等変わりました。
しじみがやっぱりオススメです。
海老のレタス包みも外せないですね

ラーメンはシンプルでチャーシューは脂が少ないタイプで好き。
カニチャーハンもプリプリな海老が入っていて美味しい。
夜中でも味付けがさっぱりしているので胃がもたれないと思います。
紹興酒もおいしかった。しじみは酒に合いますね♪
チャーハンのご飯が柔らかめだったので星マイナス1ですがそれも好みなんでね(*´-`)
店員のお姉さんもいい感じの接客で居やすい店でした。
ごちそうさまでした(^-^)
Ramen and crab fried rice and clam order.
I like ramen because it's simple and char siu is a low-fat type.
The crab fried rice is also delicious because it contains pre-prepared shrimp.
The seasoning is refreshing even at night, so I don't think I'll have a stomachache.
Shaoxing wine was also delicious. Shijimi goes well with sake ♪
The fried rice was soft, so it's a star minus 1, but I like that too (* ´-`)
The store clerk's older sister also had a nice customer service and it was a comfortable place to stay.
