★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居者の予定把握が出来ておらず、伝達がきちんとされているのか不安になります。また、職員の態度があからさまに悪いのが気になります。施設はきれいで清潔感がありますが、入居者や家族に寄り添ってくれるかと言われたら…という感じです。
 I am worried that the resident's schedule has not been grasped and that the communication has been done properly. Also, I am worried that the attitude of the staff is obviously bad. The facility is clean and tidy, but I feel like if I was asked if I could be close to the residents and their families.
