★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロイヤルパークス新田5階の3LDKのシェアハウスの内見に行きました。角部屋の6畳のお部屋で光熱費込み55,000円です。表面的には片付いているようにみえましたが、リビングのガラステーブルが汚れていて気になったので躊躇していたところ他の希望者が現れ私は入居には至りませんでした。建物の設備はとても良いのでこちらの建物で他のお部屋でシェアがあれば入居したいです。
I went to the inside view of the 3LDK share house on the 5th floor of the Royal Parks Nitta. It is 55,000 yen including utilities on 6 mat room of corner room. On the surface it seemed to be clear, but the glass table in the living room was dirty and I was annoyed, so other hopefuls appeared and I was not able to move in. Since the facilities of the building are very good, I would like to move in if there is a share in other rooms in this building.
