G	Goza Goru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アクリル板による飛沫感染防止、アルコール噴霧器で対策していました。食事も美味しいので楽しめると思います。可能であれば混雑時を避ける形で時間をずらすと良いかと思います。 We used an acrylic plate to prevent droplet infection and an alcohol sprayer to take measures. The food is delicious so I think you can enjoy it. If possible, I think it's a good idea to stagger the time so as to avoid congestion.
E	Ewa에바 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 가게는 직원의 서비스 상태가 매우 엇갈립니다. 굉장히 친절하고 수준 높은 서비스를 제공하는 직원이 있는가하면 정말 상상할 수 없이 불친절한 남자직원도 있습니다. 고객한테 어떻게 저런 태도를 보일 수 있는지 도저히 이해가 가지않는 남자 직원을 보고 깜짝놀랐습니다. 주문후 5분이 채 지나지 않아 메뉴변경 가능한지 물어봤더니 잠깐 기다리라고 하더니 주방에 확인하고 와서는 한다는 말이 이번엔 변경 가능하지만 다음번에 절대 안된다고 경고를 하는 어이없는 남자직원.변경이 가능한지를 확인해 주는것이 그의 할일이지 그 이상 쓸데없는 말고 고객의 기분을 상하게 하는 멍청한 짓을 하다니... 정말 귀를 의심했다. 같은 말을 하더라도 웃으면서 말을 하면 기분이 그렇게 상하지는 않을건데 완전 정색하고 경고 멘트를 하니 정말 terrible! 지난번 구이신보 샐러드를 주문했을때 거의다 먹어갈때쯤 접시에서 작은 머리카락을 발견하고 언잖았지만 친절한 접객에 아무말도 하지 않았다. 하지만 이번엔 음식엔 문제가 없었지만 수준 이하의 서비스를 하는 무례한 남자직원 때문에 정말 만족도는 마이너스를 찍었습니다. 다시는 오고 싶지 않습니다. 로얄호스트를 위해 무례한 직원교육이 개선되기를 바랍니다 This store has very mixed service status of the staff. Some staff are very friendly and provide high-quality service, while others are unimaginably unfriendly male staff. I was surprised to see a male employee who didn't quite understand how he could show such an attitude to a customer. Less than 5 minutes after ordering, I asked if the menu could be changed, and he told me to wait for a while, but he said that he could change it this time, but warns me that it can't be done next time. It's useless, but doing something stupid that hurts customers... I really doubted my ears. Even if you say the same thing, if you smile and say it, it won't hurt you that much, but it's really terrible when you're completely honest and give a warning message! Last time I ordered the grilled shinbo salad, I found a little hair on the plate when I was almost finished eating it, and it froze, but I didn't say anything to the friendly service. But this time there was no problem with the food, but the satisfaction was really negative because of the rude male staff who provided substandard service. I don't want to come again. Hope the rude staff training is improved for Royal Host
す	すいかゴロゴロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パフェが食べたくなって、すごく久しぶりに行きました。写真のパフェです。トップがクレームブリュレでとても美味しかったです。他にも頼んでる人が多くいました。パンケーキも、3枚です。他のファミレスよりも美味しいそうです。（食べたのは主人）接客は他ファミレスより、一段上です。感染対策もしてあったし、テーブルも離れてたし。安心して、皆さんくつろがれていました。お食事はお肉中心です。食べごたえがありそうなメニューばかりでした。（今日はティータイム） I wanted to eat a parfait, so I went there for the first time in a while. This is the parfait in the photo. The top was creme brulee and it was very delicious. There were many other people asking for it. There are also 3 pancakes. It seems to be tastier than other family restaurants. (I ate my husband) The customer service is one step higher than other family restaurants. I was also taking measures against infection, and the table was away. Everyone was at ease with peace of mind. Meals are mainly meat. All the menus seemed to be delicious. (Today is tea time)
