今日、強風の中ベビーカーで伺ったのですが、営業しているにも関わらず、強風でドアに鍵をしていました。そして、ベビーカーなのは見て明らかなのに、ベビーカーで入れない入口から入ってくださいと言われ、ベビーカーなので、別のベビーカーで入れる入口から入りたいと伝えたら、返答もせず、無視&面倒臭いという顔をし、扉を開けに行くという大変嫌な思いをさせられました。もちろん入店せずにその場から去りました。
本店のというより接客業としてあり得ない対応でした

I visited with a stroller in a strong wind today, and even though it was open, the strong wind locked the door. It was an impossible response as a customer service business rather than the main store
