いかにもROXXの求人ぽくしてありますが、
ROXXが他の会社に代行して求人してる感じ。正確には個人情報はROXXが出してるアプリに残り続ける。採用してくれる会社がどこなのか分からない。せこい。個人情報をインディードで集めて他の企業に提供する会社です。

本来応募した企業に就けるかも怪しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 求人データベースを人材紹介会社向けに提供しているが、担当営業は良いことしか言わない。導入は良く考えた方がいい。送客サービスと1人5万円でデータを販売するシステムがあるのですが、連絡のつく求職者は少ない。挙げ句の果てに契約をしたら途中での解約はできませんと、時間と手間もかかり損害が発生しました。とてもではないけど取引をしたくない会社であります。
大至急改善を求めます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怪しい会社。応募した求人が委託案件とのことでこちらの仲介会社と電話で面接することになりました。面接案内の電話は若い女の方でしたが、当日は年配の男性の方で珍しいなと感じました。履歴書や職務経歴書も作成すると言われましたが、特に会社名や業務内容を聞かれることもなく、どの職種に何年いたかした聞かれませんでした。その割に、高校の科や、なぜその大学へ進学したか、一人暮らしだったかなどまで聞いてきて、私の家庭は複雑なのであまり触れてほしくないのですが、説明したら珍しそうな感じで反応されました。結果、一時間以上電話したにもかかわらず、なんの仕事をしていたのかいまいち想像がつかない、等諸々言われました。個人情報抜きたいだけ？？？
