他クチコミは恐らく偽装ですね。
売却価格400万円ほどの車両売却でしたが、イケイケした担当の方が調子いい話(嘘)並べて他買取店より10万円は最低でも高く買取可能と言うので進めていったら、最終引き取り日当日になって他買取店より30万円も低い提示額(レッドブック以下)出してきて悪びれることも無く、当たり前な感じで他買取店に売却してくださいとのこと。
こちらは他買取店の高額提示をお断りし、引渡しの準備までしてるのに迷惑でしかありませんでした。
プライベートは口八丁で通じても、ビジネスの世界でのそれは嘘にしかなりません。
やたらと派手な事言いますが所詮レッドブック価格以下でしか買取の出来ない(＝販売力がない)会社さんなので最初から他に依頼するのが賢明かと思われます。
派手派手しい、チャラチャラした会社はやはりダメです。

It's flashy, but after all, it's a company that can only buy at prices below the Red Book price (= no sales force), so it seems wise to ask for something else from the beginning.
A flashy, fluttering company is no good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 販売中の現車を見に行った際にたまたま置いてあったフェラーリFFに目が止まり値段を聞いた所、「これ売れましたねぇ」との返事でしたが、1ヶ月経った今でもネットで売りに出てるのはオトリ広告ですかね？それともその場で嘘をつかれたのか。
どちらにしても、Ma Bさんのコメントの返信でもわかるように、約束した値段と違うという話しなのに、買う買わないは自由ですとか開き直って、誠意のカケラもないスタッフさんですね。

いつも店の敷地内ならまだしも道路にはみでて煙草を吸いながら雑談していたり
お隣のお宅の前に毎日のように路駐したり
エンジンを夜までふかしていたり
とっても近所迷惑です。
目の前のごみ収集場所に吸殻をそのまま捨てているのも見かけました。
不法投棄です。火事も心配です。
近所の方がゴミ捨て場を掃除してらっしゃるの、店が目の前なら見たことありますよね？
見た目からガラが悪いので逆恨みが不安なのもあって近所の皆さん声が上げれませんが
改善していただきたいです。
エンジンをふかしたいのならすこし行けば大きな通りもありますし、住宅街から出てやってください。
煙草は携帯灰皿を持参してください。
改善していただけたら消去させていただきますのでよろしくお願いします。
