野菜、果物以外はスープと雑穀、ショートパスタに鶏ササミとストイックなメニュー構成。
ドレッシングが5種ほどあるので飽きずにたくさん食べられます。
値段は1000円で安いとは言えませんが、近頃の野菜の高騰&赤坂という場所柄を考えると割高とは感じません。
