彫金をしているのですが、留め具を交換する時に使用する銀ろうがなくなったので、他店でお願いしたらどれぐらいするのかなー、とリサーチ＋勉強をするため素人の振りをしてネックレスの修理で見積もり依頼をしに行ったのですがヤスリとリューターですぐに取れるバリ取りするだけなのに「あーこれはやっちゃいましたねー」といかにもこっちが悪いみたいな言い方をされ、難しい作業になるのでバリ取りするよりチェーンを2コマ変えた方が早いと言われ、コマ変えなんか絶対しなくてもできるのになー、、、と思いながらも、とりあえず料金を聞いてみてびっくり、幅9ミリの小豆型マルカン1コマで2000円×2つで4000円、それにろう付け2箇所合わせて合計8000円と言われました。銀丸線切って作るだけで１つ2000！！！？
シルバー925なのにぼったくり！？？？相当技術に自信があるのか強気すぎる値段に驚きました。
自信があるわりには簡単な修理に難しい顔するのに、、
しかも、それだけではなくマスクをしていたから幼く見えたのか、店員がタメ口で馴れ馴れしくて不愉快でした。常連だったらまだしも初めての客にあれは無しです。
結局、他店でお願いしてみたらコマ交換せず1日ですぐ出来ますよと言われ、1100円で完璧に直してくれました。
神戸はお金持ちも多いですし大事なジュエリーだからと高額でもすぐに払う方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、知らない人は損するのでここに書かせて頂きました。
