V	Vecchio Bambino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗拡大に伴い、店員の方も増えました。最近時計のメンテナンスを依頼した際、素人レベルのキズを付けられたので、その事を伝えた所、お詫びの一言も言わず、挙げ句の果てルーペを取り出して過去に他の店員がメンテナンスをした箇所を見て、ここにもキズがありますと同僚をも否定する始末。ルーペで見ないと分からないキズの事を言っている訳ではなかったので、呆れて言葉が出ませんでした。こういった人の物を雑に扱う方が1人でも居られると、再度利用したいとは思えなくなりました。以前から居られる店員の方は、変わらず丁寧な対応をしてくださるだけに、残念です。 2022.3.1訂正上記の内容は過去のもので、その店員さんは異動したのか、見かけなくなりました。また、時計を購入してバンド調整する際に傷が付くことも無くなりました。在庫状況は他店舗と変わりありませんが、目当ての時計がなくても店員さんは嫌な顔せず、どなたも親切に対応してくださいます。よって、レートも変更させていただきます。 With the expansion of the store, the number of clerk has increased. 3	3 huukiden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも大阪府や兵庫県のロレックスを訪問するのですが比べ物にならない位、時計が少なく驚きました。こう言う店舗もあるのだと勉強になりました、若い男性店員さんがご対応くださったのですが、ほしいモデルを伝えたら全て即答で在庫が無いと答えてくれました。在庫を確認してまいりますと何処の店舗に行ってもご対応頂いているので正直驚きました。対応は非常に冷たく寂しい気持ちになりました。 I always visit Rolex in Osaka and Hyogo prefectures, but I was surprised that there were so few watches that I couldn't compare.
