最初は優しいのだが
他のハウスメーカーの良いところをこちらでもできるのか話してたら、その人に知識が無いのか急に豹変！
「それならそのハウスメーカーで家建てたら！」って、
その後もいろいろ言われました(泣)
言い方がヤク◯かと怖くなりました

外装はシンプルで少し個性が無い感じがしたのですが、好みに応じたオプションもたくさんあるそうで、個性を出したい人でもOKでした！
室内も収納もたっぷりで、お洒落な内装でした。
私は小さな子供と奥さんの3人家族なのですが、駅からの利便性も良い立地ですし、校区も問題なさそうなので安心できました！
まだ購入までは至ってないのですが、前向きに検討したいと思います！
営業マンの方もとっても知識豊富でローンの事まで親身になって相談を聞いて頂けて、安心してお任せできると思います(^^♪
かなり歴史のある企業さんのようでとても安心です！

優しい営業担当さんのおかげで、自分たちだけの、わがままや理想が存分につまった素敵なお家が出来そうです。
私の性格上、こだわりが強く、度々困らせてしまう場面もあったかと思います。
それでも、投げ出さず、親身に対応、アドバイスしてくださり、感謝してます。
完成を前にガイアさんにお世話になることになり良かったなぁと思っているところです。
