★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いままで立ち寄ったバイクショップの中では底辺中の底辺です。
ホンダから看板だけ貰って、心から横柄な店長、スタッフにもてなされます。
値引きは要求もしてないのに値引き出来ませんといきなり言われたり、250cc以下はネットで買ってくださいと現車があるのに言われて、挙げ句の果てにはその欲しいバイクはネットで買えないと言う物凄いロークオリティのサービスで心を満たされます。
店構えはいいのですが、そもそもバイクが好きではない方々がやってるんでしょうね。
あと、ネット予約していかないとそもそも話も聞いて貰えませんので、いきなり立ち寄ると、ゴキブリ扱いされますので、注意が必要です。
他のドリーム店の法人である、ホンダドリーム東京のグループを検討されることをおすすめいたします。

Also, if you do not make an online reservation, you will not be able to hear the story in the first place, so if you stop by suddenly, you will be treated as a cockroach, so be careful.
We recommend that you consider the Honda Dream Tokyo group, which is a corporation of other dream stores.

明確に作業を依頼するなら予約くらいはするが、検討中の案件でディーラーの知見を聞いた上で判断したい、みたいな時にアポ無しで行くと全く使えない。
これまで色々安心だと思って利用してきたけど、わざわざディーラーを選ぶ意味が無かったと悟りました。
There are not enough people.
If you want to request work clearly, you can make a reservation, but if you want to make a decision after hearing the dealer's knowledge about the project under consideration, you can not use it at all if you go without appointment.
I've used it because I thought it was safe, but I realized that there was no point in choosing a dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に電話でアポを取りバイクを見たい旨伝えていたにも関わらず、愛想もない横柄な態度の店長がバイクの説明も何もなくいきなり見積もりを作成しだす。
まだ検討段階でバイクを見たいと伝えると見せてはくれたが、詳しい説明も聞かないと答えない。
バイク自体は気に入ったが、そんな接客態度をとる店では絶対買いたくないと思いました。
店長という肩書きの人に他の社員は誰も注意できないのかもしれないが…ホンダに泥を塗ってるとしか言いようがない。
ホントに残念。
Even though he had made an appointment on the phone in advance and told him that he wanted to see the bike, the unfriendly and arrogant store manager suddenly made an estimate without any explanation of the bike.
He told me that he wanted to see the bike at the examination stage, but he wouldn't answer without asking for a detailed explanation.
I liked the bike itself, but I definitely didn't want to buy it at a store that has such a customer service attitude.
No other employee may be able to pay attention to the person with the title of store manager, but ... I can only say that Honda is smeared with mud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゴールドウィングの体験試乗で初めて行きました。高速メインですが２時間近く掛けてじっくり堪能できました。インカム付きヘルメットや汗拭きタオル、試乗前後のドリンクサービスと至れり尽くせりで、スタッフの対応も素晴らしく大満足でした。また今度タンデムで乗せて頂こうかと思います。
I went for the first time in the Gold Wing experience test drive. Although it is a high-speed main, I was able to thoroughly enjoy it for almost 2 hours. The staff were very satisfied with the helmet with income, the sweat towel, and the drink service before and after the test drive. I think I'll put it in tandem again next time.

1商品、数百万のお店で、店員が商品に興味がないってどういうこと？
近所なのですごく残念。

高額修理以外お断り。
営業の人間の態度、性質が悪い。
ここで購入しようと思えない。
他の店舗は心良く対応してくれるところがあるので、そちらをいつも利用している。
整備や修理に費用がかかるが、きちんとしてると費用は気にならない。
No other than the purchaser.
No other than expensive repairs.
The attitude and nature of sales people are bad.
I can't think of buying it here.
Other stores are very friendly, so I always use them.
It costs money for maintenance and repair, but if it is done properly, the cost does not matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも大変お世話になってます。CB400SFのレンタルなどさせていただきましたが、整備も清掃も良くて気持ちよく使えました。土日に行くと毎回数台納車していて大忙しですね。新車紹介のYouTubeも購入の参考になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店長は、元々、丸富オート藤沢店（国道1号線の東俣野のナップスのすぐ近くにあったところ）の店長。
そちらでも不快な思いをしました。
点検予約しようとしたら、めんどくさそうな電話応対とボッタクリな価格提示。
さらに車体の売却しようとしたときも、やはり面倒そうな対応。
そして、価格を聞く前から他店での売却をすすめてくる始末。
そんな面倒でバイクが好きではないのなら違う仕事をなさったらいかがでしょうか。
ゼネラルマネージャーの方の対応はとても良かったです。
丸富オートがホンダドリーム傘下になりましたが、ホンダブランドのイメージにも影響があります。
お店の印象はひとりの印象で変わるので、人を変えた方がよいかと。
