★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華料理店であるが店名が面白い。ランチで｢かに玉定食｣を注文。ご飯は大を注文すると｢うちは大は相当、多い｣と女将さんらしい人が助言してくれた。並盛りでもきちんとした量があった。さて、味は良い。から揚げも旨い。但し、ご飯はどうか。全体に芯がある。多分、米を充分、水に浸けずに直ぐ炊いているのだろう。無洗米を直ぐに炊いているのだろう。最近、このようなご飯に出くわす。もしそうであるのなら、ご注意を。
