また、厚生労働省からの評価によれば職員の定着率も高く、マネジメントもしっかりしていると思われる。
人当たりも優しく、個人的にはとても素晴らしい施設に感じた。
 Staff are serious about providing services to residents.
According to the evaluation by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the staff retention rate is high and the management seems to be solid.
It was kind to people, and I personally felt it was a wonderful facility.

June is the childcare salon at the facility. There are more things free every time I go, so children can play freely.
