今思えば、最初の対応なども適当な感じで、一般目線でも業務が不慣れな部分が多々見受けられました。
もう少しお客様目線で対応を心がけた方がいいと感じました。
あまり口コミとかしないですが、今回ばかりは書かせて頂きました。
これからの業務改善と意識改善を努力されてください。
