工場直売所なので、田〇乳業の感覚で割安商品があるのかと思いきや限定品があるだけのごく普通の販売店でした。
直営の割にはバームクーヘンなどの品切れのモノも多く…。
どちらかと言えば「とよす」のあられが旨いです。
タコ焼き味があればお酒3合は軽くいけます！
駐車場は店舗前と第二駐車場(店舗裏手)もあって便利ですね。
辛口ですみません(;^ω^)。

シンプルな長方形カステラもありますが、個別包装のカットしたカステラの方が自分が貰う立場でも食べやすいので、進物用菓子を用意する時はこちらを利用しています。
変わり種のカステラやカステラ以外もバラ売りがあるので、自宅用にも購入できます。
工場直売と聞いて、アウトレットなイメージをもたれるかもしれませんが、普通の綺麗な店舗です。かといって、
進物用のかたいイメージのものだけでなく、デパート売場には置いてないような季節もの、コラボ？商品が購入できるイメージです(意外にバレンタイン、ホワイトデーに使えそうなお菓子も♡)
運が良ければ、
工場直売ならでは、個数限定？のカステラ切り落としパックを購入できます。
これは、いつものしっとりカステラよりフワッフワ◎！買えたらlucky✩

今の時期だけの、桜のカステラが優しい味で美味しいです。
カステラ焼きドーナツもプレーン、ざらめ、イチゴ、チョコレート味が有ります。
小さい子供も大好き

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文明堂稲美工場直売店１０周年記念セール(~11/7)に行きました。シェルブール本店「幻のマロンパイ」が買えました。とても美味しいです。直売店奥にある喫茶コーナーのカステラセットもお勧めです。コーヒー等の飲み物に出来立てのカステラが付きます。
I went to the 10th anniversary sale (~ 11/7) of the Bunmeido Inami factory direct sales store. I was able to buy the Cherbourg main store "Phantom Maron Pie". It is very tasty. We also recommend the castella set in the cafe corner at the back of the direct sales store. Fresh castella is attached to drinks such as coffee.

大晦日に伺いました。かなりの賑わいでしたが、サービスも丁寧で、色んな種類のカステラやお菓子があり、いっぱい買ってしまいました。朝から朝食代わりに、カステラとチョコレートのカステラを、子供と一緒に頂いてます。
安いです、イートインもあり、作りたてカステラが頂けます。いろんな種類のお菓子があり、楽しいですよ
