斎	斎藤孝一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年亡くなった父の出資金の返戻請求書が今年の１月下旬に届いたので、直ぐに返送提出しました。それから８ヵ月も経った９月まで何の音沙汰もなかったので、さすがにクレーム問い合わせを２回（１回目は回答無しで完全無視！）しましたよ。２回目にやっと回答が来ましたが（しかも手紙で……）、その言い訳には呆れて物も言えませんでした。遅延した原因は担当者の変更による連携、引継ぎミスですって！！（怒）全く以て子供の言い訳同様です。馬鹿にするのも甚だしい。例えば割戻金の様に決算承認後の支払日指定による遅れみたいな理由の方がまだマシでしたよ。正に、ぬるま湯に浸かったお役所仕事と言えるでしょう。 I received an invoice for the return of my father's investment, which died last year, in late January of this year, so I immediately returned it and submitted it.
