★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATMで自分の口座から他行へ口座振り込みしたかった。限度額は横に来た行員さんに聞いたら20万円と言われて、再度聞いても同じ答え。嘘だぁーと思ったので窓口で再確認。50万円でした。
こんな事も間違うの？呆れてしまった。
結局自分は100万円振り込みたかったので、窓口でお願いしようと思ったけど、住所変更してからでないとダメと言われました。でもATMからなら住所変更なしでもしていいとか…意味わからん。
色々面倒臭い事になったので諦めました。
その後、群馬銀行のATMで口座から他行口座へ何も問題なくあっという間に振り込み完了。
もう東和銀行からはお金全部下ろして、利用はやめる事にします。
金額設定少な過ぎで、使えなさ過ぎる。
I wanted to transfer money from my account to another bank at an ATM. When I asked the employee who came next to me, the limit was 200,000 yen, and when I asked again, the answer was the same. I thought it was a lie, so I reconfirmed it at the counter. It was 500,000 yen.
Is this wrong? I was amazed.
After all, I wanted to transfer 1 million yen, so I thought I would ask at the counter, but I was told that I had to change my address. But if you're from an ATM, you don't have to change your address ... I don't know what it means.
I gave up because it was a lot of trouble.
After that, at the ATM of Gunma Bank, the transfer was completed in no time from the account to the account of another bank without any problem.
I will withdraw all the money from Towa Bank and stop using it.
The amount is too small to use.
