★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母(患者)を連れて外来で内科、皮膚科、眼科 に度々伺います。
どちらの病院もそうですが、待ち時間はとても長いです…これが大変。
先生方や看護師さんはとても親切で、説明も解り易く、安心して受診できます。
待ち時間については、呼び出しの機器の導入にはお金も掛かるとは思いますが、あれがあったらなぁ…2階から病院を出てすぐの所で食事や飲み物飲んで待ちたいです！
母が高齢だし私もまぁまぁ年取ってるので、待合のイスでじっと何時間も待つのは本当に苦痛なんです。
お腹ペコペコで行く時もあるし…
院内にカフェとかあるじゃないですか最近の病院は。…ムリなんでしょうかね…それだけで病院へ行く時の暗い気分が一変するんですけどね…?
ダメ元で希望を言ってみました。
あ！ひとつ、すぐ改善可能でやって欲しい事があります！！
受付のカウンターに、杖を掛けても滑って床に落ちない様に、貼っておける10㎝四方のマットがあるんです！
｢杖」をご使用の患者さんの「杖」が倒れると、ご自分でしゃがんで拾えるとおもいますか？
この場面を何度も目撃し、私も拾って差し上げましたし、他の患者さんも何度も拾ってあげてましたが、又すぐ滑って落ちます。
立て掛けて置ける様に、直ぐにしてあげてください！銀行とかでも、もう随分前からやってます。無い方が違和感！というくらいに見慣れている世の中ですのに、病院に無いのは驚きなんです。院内にお勤めの皆さん、誰か言わないんですか？
これだけは呆れていますよ。
一度だけ受付けの方に言いましたが、もうそろそろ改善されたでしょうか？

元甲南病院の職員ですが、神戸大学系列になる少し前からドクターも他の職員も接客の悪さが目立つようになりました。
丁寧に対応するスタッフもいますが悪い対応が目につきます。
決められた対応しかできません。
病気で藁をもすがる思いで来てるにもかかわらず相手のことを考えない言動に出ます。
全てのドクターではありませんが、教授クラスのドクターは患者の訴えや話を聞かず検査値だけで話をする方もいます。
これでは不安が取れません。
自分が話し終わったらはい終わりの方もいて、次の患者さんを呼びます。
事務も処理能力が低いです。
紹介できてるにもかかわらず帰らせたり、紹介状忘れたら診ないとか想定外の言動をします。
甲南病院の理念から外れた理想を掲げるだけの病院になってしまいました。
残念です。

診察予約していても1時間〜2時間待ちは当たり前です。
会計待ちも長いです。
なので、お待たせしてすみませんもありません。
大きい病院が近くにないので、仕方ないときは来ていますが、ここじゃなくても良い方にはおすすめしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急御影の上にある甲南病院の系列です。
病院の地下にある駐車場はいつもいっぱいで利用は難しいです。
神戸大学の系列のようになってしまいましたがドクターもスタッフも良い人材が揃っています。
昔からおられる甲南病院の先生方は患者さんに自然と寄り添う対応をされていますが、神戸大学から来られた先生は寄り添うという印象は薄く冷たく事務的です。
循環器でお世話になりましたが、弁膜症のオペはこの病院ではしてません。
外来で受診したらオペまでしてもらえる病院を選ぶべきです。
オペが別の病院となると受診中のドクターに診てもらえなくなります。
不安が募るのとまた別の病院に紹介状で移ることとなります。
再来受付機で受付をしてお支払いは精算機でカード払いができます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前にヘルニアで救急車でお願いしたら快く受け入れてくださり、入院から退院までお世話になりました。整形外科の高田先生？だったと思いますが、ブロック注射も上手で、優しくて本当に感謝しております。先生は3月で別の病院に行かれましたが、看護師さんや後任の先生も優しくて本当に感謝しかございません。

ソーシャルワーカーは家族の気持ちを無視し、上から目線の話方しかしません。
何か信頼できません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高齢の母が急性期の病院から転院で大変お世話になりました。特にありがたかったことは、経口での食事がドロドロのすり潰しのものから、1ヶ月の間に普通食が食べられるようにして頂いたことです。食事の際、何度も指導頂いたようです。食事そのものも美味しかったと言っていました。感謝しています。
