★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、何かいいものはないかなとぷらっとお邪魔しました。対応してくれた定員さんは女性の人でしたがカバンを見せてもらうもあまり対応は感じ良くなく、現金だと3%OFFになるとの事ですぐにどのくらいなのかわからないでいても計算もしてくれる様子もなく、どうせ買わないでしょと言わんばかりの対応でした。 商品自体は欲しいものだったので再度店舗に戻り購入するとなったら態度が変わりニコニコしてました。
ここで欲しいのがあっても他の店舗に取り寄せることも可能との事だったので次回からはここに来るのはやめようと思いました。
中古のものでも何十万もするする物を購入するわけですから定員さんの対応次第でよりいい買い物が出来たと思えるのになと同じ接客業をしてる者としてちょっと残念でした。
