a	a “しゅー” i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに☆５はまずありえないです。調べてみたところ、ここの物件はまず設計ミスを疑うような壁の薄さが目立っているようです。（実際私が住んでいる家もそうです。）また、管理体制が杜撰なのもうかがえます。メールフォームで迅速に対応してほしいと依頼したところ、アクションなし。電話かけて催促しても、そもそも電話対応が非常に怪しかったです。対応遅延についての弁明も「うちも忙しいのでー」という体制の甘さを露呈していて、笑っちゃいました。株主であるメリットはあるようですが、会社としては最低ですね。ここがかかわっている企業はまず控えるべきだと思います。 ☆ 5 is unlikely here. は	はくまいおこめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんの口コミみて安心しました。対応が物凄く悪い管理会社です。インベスターズクラウド？からTATERUそしてロボットホームと、社名を何度変えても、対応の悪さは変わらないですね。早く引っ越しをして、この管理会社ではない物件に住みたいです。物件や契約に関する問い合わせの対応がとにかく遅すぎます。返せないのならチャット機能など作らないで頂きたいです。そのくせウォーターサーバーの勧誘はしてきます笑でも学生の一人暮らしにはいいかもしれません。友達を呼んで騒いで周辺住民に迷惑かけても、メールの一斉送信の注意しかされませんしオススメです！社会人は職場に提出する書類等もあるので、対応してもらえず、必要な書類がいつまで経っても届かないので本当に困りました。 I was relieved to see everyone's reviews.
