M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本町にある炉ばたワコー。香港みたいな隠れ家店舗。セントレジス近くの本町の雑居ビルの中とは考えられないぐらいの空間が広がります。初め入った時は満席と断られましたが、女性の方にお願いしてなんとか入れました。とても優しい！既に何回か来ていますが、やっぱり1番良い席が炉端カウンター周り。大将の調理姿が見れる特等席です。2階にも隠れ家個室がありますが、こちらは団体様用。なんと今時珍しいのですが、メニューに金額の記載がありません。全て時価！と言うか決まっているんでしょうが初めてだと心配になりますよね。安心して下さい。そこまで高くないです。刺身盛り、春巻き、蛤、アオリイカのカラストンビ串、ハラミデラックスなどをいただきましたが、どれも絶品でしたが、肉系の料理だけは普通の評価でした。総評としてはこの異空間で炉端料理を食べれるとあり、誰かに紹介したくなるお店。価値のある体験型店舗として非常に良いと思います。お母さんの接客も親切で素敵です。ごちそうさまでした。 Robata Wako in Honmachi.
