施設は道の駅としては小さい（狭い）と思いますので、お土産や食事は期待しないほうがいいかも！？
但し、思いがけず、そばは旨かったですし、天ぷらが量▪質共に今まで道の駅で食べた中では絶品でした。
大盛が880円も安い‼️

窓から見える景色も普通かな。
観光客にはいいと思うけど地元民からしてみれば魅力はあまり感じませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場広く小型80台以上大型10台位、清潔感ある公衆トイレ有り、長野県外車多く産物直場が有りりんごやぶどうのお土産を皆さん沢山購入していました。店内に食堂有り、やはり信州そばが割安に食べれると思います、おすすめはざるそば天ぷらセット¥880、そばが駄目な人は季節のカレー¥680牛スジカレーベースに季節の揚げ野菜がのっていました、10月頃はズッキーニなすパプリカのこま切れを揚げた野菜がたっぷりのっていました。
ライスも旨味があり美味しかった、また立ち寄りたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月11日のランチは、道の駅北信州やまのうち食堂 へ。
こちらは道の駅らしく、売店もありますが、レストランもあります。
また、そば王国の長野らしく、蕎麦に力を入れたお店です。
窓からは、雪景色がとても綺麗に楽しめます。
オーダーしたのは、ここでしか食べることができない、こちら。
大勝軒特製せいろ 980円
山ノ内町産の蕎麦粉で打った、須賀川そば。
町内の生産者から直接仕入れ、雪室に貯蔵した二八の自家製麺だそうです。
つけ汁は毎日、山ノ内大勝軒から仕入れる、つけ汁。
熟成させているそうで、元の大勝軒のもりそばのつけ汁の味より強い部分もあり、
これが蕎麦にも合って、美味しいです。
チャーシューやナルトも入っていて、通常のそばとはまた違う味を楽しめます。
食べ終えた後は、蕎麦湯で割ると、これがまた美味しくて、しっかり飲み干しました。
蕎麦とつけ汁の相性がとてもよく、とても人気なのもよく分かりました。
食後はコーヒーを飲んで、ほっと一息。

Sukagawa soba made with buckwheat flour from Yamanouchi Town.
It is said that it is 28 homemade noodles that are purchased directly from the producers in the town and stored in the snow room.
The soup is procured from Yamanouchi Daikatsuken every day.
It seems that it is aged, and there is a part that is stronger than the taste of the original Daishoken Mori soba soup.
This goes well with soba and is delicious.
It also contains char siu and naruto, so you can enjoy a different taste than regular soba.
After I finished eating, I divided it with soba hot water and it was delicious again, so I drank it well.
I understand that soba and soup go very well together and are very popular.
After a meal, drink coffee and take a break.
