16時に到着したのですがご厚意でお土産を買わさせていただきました。
自販機は充実しています。
 It was closed at 16:00, the last admission at 15:30.
I arrived at 16:00, but I kindly bought a souvenir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カミオカンデの展示物がたくさんあります。沢山の方がいらしたので人気のある道の駅のようです。
自然に囲まれ、ゆったり過ごせる道の駅でした。
There are many exhibits of Kamiokande. It seems to be a popular roadside station because many people came.
It was a roadside station surrounded by nature and where you can spend a relaxing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「スーパーカミオカンデ」を知りたい一心で立ち寄り。 お腹空いていたけど食堂は開いていなかったから、壁に貼っていたメニューを見て我慢し、科学館へGO！ 雪が残る山が迫ってくる眺望も素晴らしい町です。
Stop by with all your heart to know "Super-Kamiokande". I was hungry, but the cafeteria wasn't open, so I put up with the menu on the wall and went to the science museum! It is a wonderful town with a wonderful view of the mountains where snow remains.

とても大きな道の出来で、来客も多いので駐車場に停めるのが大変です。
スーパーカミオカンデのレプリカの展示やミュージアムがあります。
売店も大きいのでゆっくり時間がつぶせます。
入り口で、マンホールカード下さいと言えば人数分くれますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a place well worth to stop by... There are not only shops and food facilities but the science museum which shows history of super-kamiokande experiment with some very interesting facts and virtual tours. And it is for free :) Must see... :) Picture shows one of the exposition inside.
