ランチは11時台でも予約が困難な時もありますが基本的には入れます。
Bランチがおすすめで季節にあわせた前菜とパスタ、ドルチェが食べれます。
イタリアで修行されていますがそのエッセンスに日本人向けのアレンジがされているので、とても食べやすく私の口にはあいました。
アマトリチャーナやカチョエペペ、カルボナーラなどみんなが知っているパスタも是非一度食べてみるといいと思います。
シェフの作るパスタは自分の知っている味の上を行ってくれる事を期待できるとおもいます。
是非上越に来た時は寄ってみるこを強くお薦めします！
 It is a well-known store that represents Joetsu, which was featured in the Niigata version of Michelin.
Lunch may be difficult even at 11 o'clock, but basically it is possible.
B lunch is recommended and you can eat seasonal appetizers, pasta and dolce.
I am training in Italy, but the essence has been arranged for Japanese people, so it was very easy to eat and I enjoyed it.
It is a good idea to try pasta that everyone knows, such as Amatriciana, Cachoe Pepe, and Carbonara.
I think that you can expect the pasta made by the chef to go on top of the taste you know.
When you come to Joetsu, I highly recommend you to drop by!

Italy with Michelin plate! There was a wide variety of wines! This time I asked for the Omakase course. The a la carte menu seemed to be abundant, so I would like to visit the a la carte next time. It was a delicious and natural seasoned shop.

クリスマスディナーで利用しました。
お店は落ち着いた雰囲気で、オシャレなのでデートにぴったりだと思います。クリスマス仕様のディナーにしたので普段がどういうディナーとなるのか分かりませんが、フォアグラ、黒トリュフのパスタ、牡蠣のリゾットなど豪華な食事でどれも美味しく、満足できました。

I used it for Christmas dinner.
The shop has a calm atmosphere and is fashionable, so I think it's perfect for a date. I don't know what kind of dinner it will be because it was a Christmas dinner, but I was satisfied with the gorgeous meals such as foie gras, black truffle pasta, and oyster risotto.

この日は「サンマと栗とキノコのパスタ」をいただきました。季節の食材を取り入れたメニューはとてもおいしかったです。人気店なのでいつも混んでいるようです。予約必須と思います。

On this day, I had "Saury, chestnut and mushroom pasta". The menu incorporating seasonal ingredients was very delicious. It's a popular shop, so it's always crowded. I think a reservation is required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年ぶりに行ったのが日曜日だったのでランチコースは頼めませんでした。通常のアラカルトメニューの他に黒板メニューが沢山で、オーダー決めるのにかなり迷いました。チェーン店ではなく個人店なのに旬の黒板メニューがこれほど用意されているのは凄いと思います。ただ、この黒板メニューがとても見づらかった?
二人でアンティパストのサラダ二種類とパスタを二種類選び、シェアするとお腹いっぱいでした。ランチコースではなかったので一皿単価は高いですが、シェアして物足りなさは全くありませんでした。
次は月曜から土曜のランチコースがある時に行こうと思います。
I went there for the first time in a few years on Sunday, so I couldn't ask for a lunch course. In addition to the usual à la carte menu, there are many blackboard menus, so I was quite at a loss when deciding on an order. I think it's amazing that there are so many seasonal blackboard menus even though it's not a chain store but an individual store. However, this blackboard menu was very hard to see ?
When we chose two kinds of antipasto salad and two kinds of pasta and shared them, we were full. Since it was not a lunch course, the unit price per plate was high, but there was nothing unsatisfactory to share.
Next time I will go when there is a lunch course from Monday to Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful dinner. The mixed antipasto was delicious, with 10 different varieties of food. We then had 3 different pasta dishes, all ordered from the blackboard menu. Each was an imaginative dish, with fresh, interesting ingredients and delicious flavors. This is a restaurant for food lovers.
