Y	Y G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前伺った際、味、ボリューム、お値段のバランスがよかったため、家族と「また来たいね、」といっておりました。今回は息子の誕生日記念に、ディナー予約をして伺ったところ、オープン直後にも関わらず、いくつかの料理が提供不可な状況でした。息子がピザを楽しみにしていたため確認すると「『本日のピザ』はないが、グランドメニューのピザなら提供している」とのこと。ところが、いくつかチョイスして注文を行う段になり、「ピザの生地が切れて全て作れない」と、数分前とは異なることをいわれました。ご自身でおっしゃったことをあっさり覆す対応をされ、モヤモヤとした気持ちになり、また息子の好物がないのではお祝いする意味もないため、退席しました。いったい何のための予約だったのでしょう、、、。前回がとてもよい時間を過ごせただけに、残念でなりません。【追記】翌日、この口コミを見られた店の方から、謝罪のご連絡をいただきました。キッチンの人手不足に加えて、当日はテイクアウトが多かったためにディナーの仕込みが追い付かなかった、等の理由があったそうです。事情は理解しましたが、少なくとも当日の私たちは食事を楽しむことができず、悲しい思いでした。 When I visited before, I said "I want to come again" with my family because the taste, volume, and price were well-balanced.
