桜の季節に再訪 桜の時期ということで前回よりもコースのお値段を上げて15000円ほどのコースだったこともあり、前回よりもかなり全体的においしい印象を受けました。 相変わらず挑戦的な料理も多く、不思議な味…となるものもいくつかありましたが、それも深めて楽しませていただきました。 シェフの人柄も良く、スタッフのサービスも行き届いておりとても気持ちのいい時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございます。 ___________ 前菜のパプリカのムース?と、トマトのカッペリーニというベーシックなお料理が1番おいしかったです。全体的に挑戦的というか、やや変わったお味。もちろんまずくはないのですが、特においしいということもなく。。。 ボリュームが多いという点でコスパはいいと感じます。特にアワビのパスタはアワビが惜しみなくゴロゴロと入っていて、ちょっと感動したくらいです。 ただ、味がね…なんというか、、へぇぇ、なんでこの味付けにしたんだろう、不思議、みたいな組み合わせがあったりで。 コーンスープと塩鱈の組み合わせは特に、単品ではおいしいけど、マリアージュされてるのか?というと結構ハテナでした。 またボリュームが多いので後半はお腹も苦しくなります。特に鴨肉はパサパサで、食べたいと思うようなものでもなかったので半分残してしまいました。 デザートはもともと甘党ではないこともあり苦行に近い状態に。 お料理の彩りや雰囲気はとてもよかったです。ただ厨房に近い席だと、厨房の方やウェイターの方の話し声がよく聞こえてきて、人によっては気になるかもしれません。 バースデーなどのお祝いで使うときは窓際にしてもらうと最高だと思います。

Dessert is not a sweet tooth, so it is close to penance. The color and atmosphere of the food was very good. However, if the seat is close to the kitchen, you can hear the voices of the kitchen and waiters well, which may be annoying for some people. I think it's best to have it near the window when using it for celebrations such as birthdays.

Everything was fabulous, from the beginning to the end. The wine-pairing is a must, as they have an amazing selection of Japanese wines to discover.

Amazing food, excellent value! Every dish had a floral quality to it. There are some interesting Japanese wines to discover, and I would have taken the wine pairing if I knew it would be this good.
