★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理研の皆さんに、ぜひ今回の小保方さんの件で、頑張ってもらいたい思っています。
われわれ素人は、高度な研究のことはわかりませんが、論文の一部に不備があるだとか（これも真相はわかりませんが）揚げ足取り的なレヴェルの批判で、右往左往するのではなく、この画期的な研究が、実りあるものになるようにぜひ守ってあげていただきたいです。
世間の風潮に流されないでほしいです。本来批判すべきは他 にたくさんあるのですが、それに目をつぶり、手軽に批判できるものをたたくような風潮に屈しないでほしいものです。
分野は異なりますが、一研究者、教育者としての切なる願いです。
仮に、事実誤認があれば、その時初めて、結論を出せばいいのではないでしょうか。学問には、失敗はつきものです。それがなければ進歩ないのですから。
世間のあまりにも理不尽な対応に、危機感を持ち、居ても立ってもいられませんので、
微力ながら、理研の皆さんにエールを送らせていただきます。

 I would like RIKEN to work hard on this issue of Kobokata-san.
We amateurs don't know about advanced research, but some of the papers are flawed (even though I don't know the truth). I hope you will protect this groundbreaking research so that it will be fruitful.
I want you not to be swept away by the trend of the world. There are many other things that should be criticized in nature, but please do not give in to the trend of hitting something that can be criticized easily.
Although the field is different, it is an earnest wish as a researcher and educator.
If there is a factual misconception, it would be better to conclude for the first time. Failure is a natural part of learning. Because there is no progress without it.
に Because we have a sense of crisis and we can't stand even if we are in a very unreasonable response,
I will send an ale to RIKEN with all my strength.

大学みたいになっており、ココで実施されている様々な研究が、そこそこわかりやすく紹介されている。
その領域に興味のある人は、ぜひ訪れることをおすすめします。
ただ、まったく興味のない人は、わけがわからずつまらないと思う。
At the time of the open campus which is held once or twice a year, the general public can also enter.
It seems to be a university, and various research conducted here is introduced in a fairly easy-to-understand manner.
If you are interested in the area, I highly recommend visiting.
However, I don't think people who are completely uninterested are confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外と知られて居ませんが、地下に巨大な超伝導リングサイクロトロンの施設が有ります。年一回の施設公開時に一般の人でも見る事が出来るので1度は見た方が良いかも。専用の発電用ガスタービンは埼玉最大の物とか。
Not surprisingly, there is a huge superconducting ring cyclotron facility underground. It may be better to see it once because the general public can see it when the facility is released once a year. Is the largest power generation gas turbine in Saitama?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for 3 years and I loved the RIKEN Wako campus; lovely place, excellent research facilities and nice people. The campus is beautiful, my most favorite place was the large pond (Hirosawa Ike) full of long grasses during the winter. It's so nice ssitting near the pond in the afternoon.
