観音堂には、本尊聖観音・十一面観音と百体観音像が安置されています。百体観音像とは、西国・板東・秩父の各三十三所札所霊場のミニチュア版を一同に揃えた「うつし霊場」です。
また、境内には、小堀遠州作と伝わる滋賀県指定文化財・名勝理覚院庭園があります。
