小～中型犬なので1～2ヵ月程度の利用。
毎月22日は「にゃんにゃんday」で、4倍ポイントなど開催。
ポイントには、来店ポイント(自分でカードを機械に翳す必要あり)と購入ポイントあり。
あっという間に貯まり、全額ポイントで餌を購入することも頻繁にあります。
スタッフはみなさん朗らかで気軽に相談可能。
我が愛犬の名前を覚えていて下さるスタッフもいらして、好感が持てるお店だと思います。

雰囲気はなんか暗い。通路狭いので商品選んでる人いるとすれ違えない。
生体販売してます。そこはなくなればいいと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北館２階に移ってからは、以前のようにペットを連れて気軽に入店… とはいかなくなりました。ぺテモ店内では今まで通りですが、問題はそこまでどうやって連れて行くかです。
原則として、ケージやキャリーケース等に入れて、ペットの全身を隠します。その上で、決められたエントランスから入館して「フードフォレスト前エレベーター」で２階に移動します。
入館が認められているエントランスは、次の２箇所です…
■東1．北館フードフォレスト前入口（たこ焼き屋さん等のある入口）
■A2．北館3Fフードフォレスト前エレベータ入口（３階駐車場）
ペットの足跡マーク?が目印です。ドアにペットOK表示があるエレベーターに乗り、床のペットマークルートを通ります。
大きいサイズのカートの貸出しもあります。でも、それでも入らない場合、あるいは入りたがらない場合は？ 〜 そんな時のために、３階駐車場には『大型犬用駐車場』があります。そこに車を駐めて、お店の人に迎えに来てもらいます。スタッフさんの誘導で、階段を使って2階に降りるそうです。
なお、盲導犬・介助犬・聴導犬は、この限りではありません。

■ A2. Elevator entrance in front of Food Forest on the 3rd floor of the North Building (parking lot on the 3rd floor)
The pet footprint mark ? is a landmark. Take the elevator with the pet OK sign on the door and follow the pet mark route on the floor.
Large size carts are also available for rent. But what if you still can't or don't want to? ~ For such times, there is a "large dog parking lot" in the parking lot on the 3rd floor. Park your car there and have the shop staff pick you up. The staff will guide you down to the second floor using the stairs.
This does not apply to guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs.

これまでイオンモール利府別棟で営業していたワイワイペットは閉店し、新たに北館にPETEMO としてオープンしました。
グッズ、フードの充実度は従来のワイワイと同程度。ベッド・マット類の陳列棚がやたら増えた。
生体はかなり少なくなり、トリミングやクリニックは無くなった。物販のみの店舗です。
これまでは1階の単独店だったのでペットの入店が楽でしたが、今回のPETEMO店は2階にある為、基本的にケージが必須だそうです。
また、大型犬などは入店に少々条件があります。まず、駐車場は3階か屋上を利用する必要があります。（1階の屋外駐車場はダメ)
そして、こちらのショップに連絡を入れ、スタッフさんにお迎えに来ていただかなくてはなりません。スタッフさん同伴で入店可能、とのことで、ちょっと面倒な感じです…

In addition, there are some conditions for entering the store such as large dogs. First, the parking lot must be on the 3rd floor or on the rooftop. (The outdoor parking lot on the 1st floor is useless)
Then you have to contact this shop and have the staff pick you up. It's a bit annoying because you can enter the store with the staff ...
