いざ会計になると、その場で買ったもの2つと予約のもの1つの合計3つなのに、2つしか通されてなくて…こちらから言って修正してもらいましたが、時間がかかるし対応する店員さんがかわるにしてもちゃんと申し送りをしてほしいと思いました。
また、予約のものは店舗から直接送るからと言われましたが、レシート以外に控えは無く、届くまで不安でした……(レシートには店舗購入の記載しかなく、後日発送などの記載や、登録してるアプリにも履歴はもちろん無い)
予約のものをこの店舗から直接家に送ってもらいましたが、商品を紙袋にいれてその口をビニールテープで塞いだものがきました……運送屋の方が袋に穴が空いてしまって本当にすみませんと謝られましたが、これは運送屋さんというよりこちらの梱包の悪さが原因なのでは……と思いました。幸い商品は無事でしたが、別途料金がかかってもいいので、もっとしっかりと梱包して発送してほしかったです。
好きなブランドだったので、より残念に思いました。

When it comes to accounting, there are 3 things in total, 2 things I bought on the spot and 1 thing I reserved, but only 2 were passed ... I asked you to correct it, but it takes time and I will respond I wanted you to send it properly even if the clerk changed.
Also, I was told that the reserved items would be sent directly from the store, but I was worried until they arrived because there was no copy other than the receipt. Of course, there is no history in the registered apps)
I had the reserved items sent directly from this store to my house, but some of them put the items in a paper bag and closed the mouth with vinyl tape ... The carrier had a hole in the bag. I was apologized for being really sorry, but I thought that this was due to the bad packaging here rather than the carrier. Fortunately, the product was safe, but I wanted it to be packed more tightly and shipped, as it could be charged separately.
It was a favorite brand, so I was more disappointed.
