乗馬そのものが楽しかったのですが、電話対応や料金などでの話が最悪でした。
乗馬クラブ湘南側の都合で予定日が合わず別日に振替することになったのです。
ところが、私が学生でしたので長期休暇の間にやりたいと改めて電話したところ、3ヶ月という期日を過ぎてしまってるので無理ですと断られました。
期日があるという説明もなく、一方的に終わらせてしまいました。
料金の支払いはもうすでに済ませていて、乗れなかった分は盗まられたと等しいです。
もう2度と乗馬クラブ湘南に行きません。
オススメできません。

I enjoyed horseback riding itself, but the talk about telephone support and fees was the worst.
Due to the circumstances of the riding club Shonan side, the scheduled date did not match and it was decided to transfer to another day.
However, since I was a student, when I called again to do it during the long vacation, I was refused because the deadline of 3 months had passed.
There was no explanation that there was a deadline, and I ended it unilaterally.
I've already paid for it, and the amount I couldn't ride is equivalent to being stolen.
I will never go to the riding club Shonan again.
I can't recommend it.
