土踏まず上部に大きな穴（縦2cm横2cm）が
出来た状態で引き渡されました。
引き渡しの際は、アクシデント等の説明がなされるものと
期待していたのですが、何一つ言及がありませんでした。
古い靴なので壊れやすい状態であることは、
当方でも認識済みでした。一言頂きたかったです。
今までは問題なく仕上げて頂けておりましただけに
本対応は非常に残念です。
