接客も素晴らしく、落ち着いて寛いでお料理を堪能できます。
竹園牛が好きですが、ここの、常陸牛、ヒレステーキは本当にお勧め。
大切な方といただくと、より美味しいと思います。
満足度、半端ないです。
This Hitachi beef feels more delicious.

まず、野菜から焼いてくださいました。
百合根、山芋、南瓜、いんげん、パプリカ、どれも美味しい。塩とわさびで野菜の甘さと旨味が引き立ちます。常陸牛を目の前でフランベ。楽しいですね。味も文句無し。ガーリックライスも美味しいです。
薬味は、野菜から肉まで最初に出される大根おろし、ぽん酢、わさび、塩だけですが、ほとんど、塩とわさびを少しつけるだけで、美味しくいただけます。
ワインはスパークリングワインと赤ワインをいただきました。種類はハウスワインだけですが、フランスAOC、カベルネの力強さとメルロの優しい余韻を感じさせる料理にあった見事な選択で、ソムリエールのセンスの良さを感じました。
I had an evening course.

The only condiments are grated radish, vinegar, wasabi, and salt, which are first served from vegetables to meat.
We had sparkling wine and red wine. The only type is house wine, but with a wonderful selection of dishes that make you feel the strength of French AOC, Cabernet and the gentle lingering of Merlot, I felt the sommelier's good taste.
