★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅や温泉の施設内にある食堂としてはかなり美味しいです。
値段はどちらかと言えば少し高めですが、食材も原価重視の安物ではなく、それなりに良いものを使っているようなので(食えば分かります)、全く問題ないと思います。
オススメはカツカレー。下手なカレー専門店よりもよっぽど美味しい本格派の日本風カレーが味わえます。
 It is quite delicious as a dining room inside a roadside station or hot spring facility.
The price is rather high, but I think that there is no problem at all, because the ingredients are not cheap items with a focus on cost, and they are using good things as they are (you can understand if you eat).
Katsu curry is recommended. You can enjoy authentic Japanese curry that is much more delicious than a poor curry specialty store.

大鰐温泉もやしラーメン醤油をいただきました。支那そばにもやしを入れただけのように感じました。麺も市販の物を使ってるように感じます。

大鰐と言ったら大鰐もやし。
色々なもやし料理があります。シャッキシャキで美味しい。
写真は大鰐もやしの焼肉丼です。
調味料も大鰐のマルシチさんのを使っている料理が多いみたいです。
温泉行って、大鰐もやし食べて、大鰐を満喫出来ます。

やっとこ実現・実食
ランチメニューの「温玉肉もやししょうゆラーメン」もやしシャキシャキのシャキシャキ
もやし増量とありましたが、チョット物足りなかった感じだった。
これで？ぅん？このくらいがバランス取れてるのかな？
いずれにせよ、細めの豆付きもやし、シャキシャキで美味かったデス。

細くてシャキシャキ、ほのかな甘味のある豆部分もとても美味しいです。
スープは地元のマルシチ味噌を使った優しいお味。
観光施設なので全体的にお値段は少し張りますが、大鰐温泉もやし料理は食べる価値ありです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前もって、もやしが名物だと下調べしてたので、温泉に入る前にお昼ごはんとして、もやし炒め定食をいただきました。もやしの印象は、切ってあるので長さは感じませんが案外細いんだなと思いました。味付けも薄味で、美味しかったです。ただ、僕の歯並びが悪いせいもあるのですが、もやしが歯の隙間に沢山挟まって、気になって仕方なかったです。コロナの影響でしょうか、爪楊枝はなかったです。マイ糸楊枝を持っていくべきでした。

The impression of bean sprouts is that they are cut, so I don't feel the length, but I thought it was unexpectedly thin. The seasoning was light and it was delicious. However, partly because of my poor alignment of teeth, I couldn't help but be worried because a lot of bean sprouts were caught in the gaps between my teeth. Perhaps because of the corona, there was no toothpick. I should have brought my thread toothpick.
