総合案内をしている女性の方が丁寧で親切にご対応してくださったのでほっとしていましたが、窓口で対応してくださった女性は口調が冷たく、上から目線。
笑顔の１つもなし。
こちらの不注意での訪問でしたが、同じ接客業の立場から言わせてもらいたい。

対応改善するべき。
The banknote was torn and I went to exchange it. This is my first visit to the store.
I was relieved that the woman who provided general information was polite and kind, but the woman who responded at the counter had a cold tone and looked from above.
There is no smile.
This was a careless visit, but I would like to say from the same standpoint of the hospitality industry.
The reception desk that is the face of the bank.
