長年、自分の髪質が嫌いでしたが、こちらに通い始めてから悩みが解消されました。
居心地の良い雰囲気で、いつも楽しく過ごさせてもらっています。

今まで沢山の美容院に行きましたがこんなに長く通っているのはre:sが初めてです。
こちらのオーダーを伝え安易にできます、大丈夫ですよとは言いません。
それはきちんとカウンセリングをしてくれている証拠。
昔通っていた美容院では何度も大丈夫ですよーの言葉に騙された事がありました。
居心地の良さ、スタッフさんの対応、美容院ではなくある意味病院です^ ^

resのオーナーに出会ってから周りから髪型を褒められるようになりました(^^)
私がしたい髪型やカラーをニュアンスで伝えてもその通りにしてくれます＾＾
しかも髪型でこういうのがいい！とモデル画像等見せてもし私の髪の量とか、生え方でデメリットある場合はきちんと説明してくれて本当安心してお任せが出来ると思います！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店とは違い、何度も担当が代わる事がない(もちろんカラーやパーマでアシスタントさんに代わる事はありますが)ので、安心です。アシスタントさんといえど、技術は確かでヘアアレンジなどの相談も快く受けてくれます。自分がしたい髪型でも、自分の髪質では難しい事をきちんと説明してくれるので、失敗はありません。自分の髪質を活かした髪型やアレンジを提案してくれます。新しいメニューや薬品など常に高みを目指している美容院だと思います。
私自身美容院が好きではありませんでしたが、こちらの美容院に行き自分の髪質が好きになりました。これからも、お願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ resにお世話になって10年以上経つと思います。年齢と共に髪質が変わったり、病気をして薬を2年以上飲んでたり、ストレスの積み重ねで円形性ハゲが出来たり……髪に影響する悩みに最善の施術やアドバイスをして頂いてます。
カウセリングから丁寧に髪の状態を見て触れて、少し間をあけて髪の部分部分の状態を説明、その時々に必要なアドバイス。長く通っていると当たり前に話を聞いていますが、ここまで説明してくれる美容院は無いと思います。もちろん、髪の変化に応じて説明の細かさは違いますが……細かい変化がわかる分、ケアーをさぼるとバレてしまいます（笑）
でも、それは髪のプロ！だから。
とにかく、全てにおいて丁寧だと思います。
年々レベルアップするトリートメントも楽しみです。
これからもresで、年齢に合ったスタイルで無理せず髪の健康を維持したいと思ってます。宜しくおねがいします。

患者に必要な情報を必要な分だけ、髪の毛に限らずどんな内容の会話でも
その人に合ったタイミングと言葉や方法で伝えてくれます。そして不要なものはバッサリ髪と一緒に切り落として、髪と一緒に補修もしてくれます^_^
虫歯や病気と一緒で、痛めてしまってからだと治すのには必要以上の時間やお金がかかるのですが、
予防や検診をこまめにしていればいい状態をキープしつつ最悪の状態にはならないのかなと思っています。
特に歳を重ねそれを実感しています、、
