頭痛持ちですが、施術を受けてから頭痛が無くなりました！
体の施術の他に骨盤矯正やリンパの流れの大切さ、自分で出来るストレッチも教えてくれます。
施術後1週間、毎日自宅で教えて下さったストレッチをしたら、前回の施術後の矯正してもらった状態が維持出来ていました。
カルシウムなど栄養を摂取する事が健康維持に繋がる大切さなど、様々な事を教えて頂けて、健康に一歩近づけた気がします。
