★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人情報流出してるからなんとかしてほしいと本社に電話したら「流出させている店舗はもう関係ないんで」と鼻で笑われた。以前はFCだったけどその店舗が個人情報持ち出して違うレンタカー屋を始めたらしいが、登録したのはニコニコレンタカーだからと言っても理解しないので通報しますよと言うとお好きにどうぞと言われた。
あと、ニコニコレンタカー最高またいな口コミを書きまくっている人がいて信用できない。

It used to be FC, but it seems that the store took out personal information and started a different car rental shop, but even if I registered it because it was Niconico Rent-A-Car, I do not understand it, so I told you to report it.

本部、販売店（全部では無いが）
悪質である、内容はあえて書かないが恐らく数年で淘汰される前株会社である。
大したこと無い劣悪企業である。さくらの書き込みもあるみたいですね.
コレからは大手トヨタ、三菱、NIPPONレンタカーに戻し
ココは取引停止にします。
全国の皆様の参考になれば幸いです。

ニコニコレンタカー本社にも連絡し相談したら❗！ トラブル起きたらFCで 本社は関係無いって他人事の回答で‼
改めてニコニコレンタカー会社自体に幻滅と恐ろしくも感じる❗
但し、借りる場所には親切なＦＣ も有るはずだと思うかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗のスタッフから、出発前に大きな傷がない限りは請求してないのでと言われて、雑にしかチェックしなかったにも関わらず返却時に傷(身に覚えがない)がついていると言われ5万円請求されました。
(左側面については、こちらでチェックしておいたのでと言われて確認さえもしなかった。)
本部にコールしてレンタカーサービスとしてそれで良いのか確認しても、こちらは知らない店舗と直接やりとりしろの一点張りの状況で、サービス管理をする意思がないようでした。
他のサービスと比べて¥2000/day程度しか安くないため、ニッポンレンタカー 等のきちんとしたサービスを利用することをおすすめします。

私「○○店の利用に切り替え…（たら、いくらぐらい追加費用かかりますか？）」
本部担当者『（遮って）できません！キャンセル料はかかります！』
みたいな問答。
しまいには、全責任は店舗に丸投げの発言連発。ロイヤリティだけしっかり吸い上げて、優雅な商売だこと。
こちらが払うと言うのに、店舗の方が「キャンセル料いただきませんので、それで○○店を利用してくだされば切り替えたのと同じですから、どうか次もニコニコレンタカーを利用してください」と仰っていましたよ。
本部から奴隷のような扱いを受けてもここまで仰るスタッフさんは本当に素晴らしいが、この方の顔を立てて次回ニコニコレンタカーを再度利用するのを最後に、ニコニコレンタカーさんは今後二度と利用しないつもりです。
