★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文でバイクにスマホホルダーを付けて下さいお願いしましたが当日、スマホホルダーが無い状態で渡そうとし担当の方に装着を催促しました。忘れていたのでしょうか？忙しい？バイク人口が減っているのだから大事にしてもらいたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駒形店に予約なしで訪問するも、レンタル不可。予約がない限り人は置かない方針との説明。厳しい業界で無駄なお金はかけられないとは思うのですが、使い勝手の悪さだけが印象に残りました。
You can visit the Komagata store without a reservation, but you cannot rent it. Explanation that no one will be placed unless there is a reservation. I don't think we can waste money in a tough industry, but only the inconvenience left an impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタル料金は大手より多少安い言える。LINEで毎月お得なクーポンが配布されるのも良い。
ただし、NOC(営業保証)が定額ではなく、日数で計算されるため、注意が必要です。
他責の事故(貰い事故)でも、NOCは借り手に発生するため、結果的にかなり高額なレンタル料金になり得ます。
個人の主観ですが、NOCの日数計算が曖昧(規約に計算方法なし、且つ提示もなく、結果だけでこの金額払えと言われる)でした。
以前の借り手が付けた傷も一括して修理する感じがして、「何故その費用(日数)も私が負担するのだろう？」と多々疑問が出ましたが確認しても論点ずれた回答ばかりでらちがあきません。
日数に関しても多めに見積もられてる印象で、これから借りる方は要注意です。
私は2度と使う予定はありません。

It seems that the number of days is overestimated, so be careful if you are going to rent it.
I have no plans to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗りたかった絶版の車両がたまたまあり、24H借りました。
事前説明も丁寧、返却時も車両や書類の確認をテキパキとしていただきとてもスムーズでした。
自分の車両で行って乗り換える形だったので、お店に置かせてもらったのですが、店内も掃除が行き届いていて安心して預けることができました。(レンタルバイク屋さんの中には、お店の中がゴチャゴチャしていて、預けるのが不安になる店もあります。)
家から比較的近いので、乗りたいバイクが出ていればまた借りようと思ってます。
I happened to have an out-of-print vehicle that I wanted to ride, so I rented 24 hours.
Preliminary explanations were polite, and even when returning it, it was very smooth to check the vehicle and documents.
I had to go to my shop and change trains, so I left it at the store, but the inside of the shop was well cleaned and I was able to leave it at ease. (Some rental bike shops are messy inside and you may find it difficult to leave them.)
I'm relatively close to my house, so I will rent it again if the bike I want to ride is available.

都内で1番安く自宅からも近かったので利用させて頂きました。スタッフさんの丁寧な説明、親切な対応が物凄く良かったです。

I used it because it was the cheapest in Tokyo and close to my home. The polite explanation and kind response of the staff were very good.
