W	Whoopi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットでいくつかの不動産サイトにある(株)レントハウス調布店の「物件設備条件その他備考」に書いてある内容が嘘だらけです。即日入居じゃないし光ファイバーもない。独立洗面台もない。即日入居できないんだからリノベーション済でもない。見学した時に「実は…」と教えてもらう。釣り物件(もう決まってるのに掲載続けるのは違法です)が多いです。がっかりです。 The contents written in "Property equipment conditions and other remarks" of Rent House Chofu Co., Ltd. on some real estate sites on the net are full of lies. S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで物件が見つけたので予約を入れて来所しました。これまでも幾つかの不動産屋を廻って物件探しをしてきましたが、・販促チラシと現地のレイアウトが全く違っていても説明してくれない。（冷蔵庫を置くスペースが現地で洗濯機置き場に代わっていた）・ネット上の情報には洗面台ありと謳ってあったが、現地には設置されてない。・物件申し込みしたら、同時に現金も払う決まり（なければATMへ行って下ろせ）他では、支払いは後日OK。振り込みも可が多い。・目当ての物件があって来たのに希望条件を採り類似物件を探し出し、半ば強引に内見廻りに加えてくる。客の都合は関係なく会社の都合というか、営業担当の成績目的で対応している印象を受けました。 I found a property on the internet, so I made a reservation and came to the office.
